The Primary Bedroom is in the Northeast corner of the second Level of the home and may be accessed from the dining room and from the central hallway.

The Primary Bedroom is an intimate space colored in a dramatic coral hue. The room features a vaulted ceiling with a remote controlled, lighted fan.  The ceiling inclines up to a light shelf for a dimmable diffuse illumination option.

The Primary Bedroom faces North with expansive views of the lake through two large, triple pane, energy efficient windows.  An additional window faces East welcoming the rising morning sun.

The Primary Bedroom includes additional special lighting with dimmable recessed reading lamps controlled from either side of the bed. Dimmable wayfinding foot lamps are also controlled from either side of the bed for safe walking in very low light.

A well-illuminated Walk-In Closet is accessible as you enter the Primary Bedroom from The Central Hallway.  The closet has a pull-down access way to a substantial Overhead Storage Area that includes access to the central air-handler unit of the HVAC Heat Pump Climate Control System.

The Overhead Storage Area is also access to the Box Beam Roof System Inspection Port.

Maintenance:

Very six months, change the nine-volt (9V) battery in the smoke alarm in the Primary Bedroom and in its Overhead Storage Area.
