Guide is organized through its four main menus: Information - Media
Galleries - Procedures and Systems.
Individual “Sub-Menus” may appear below the Main Menu if required. ·
Information pages
present “Need to Know” or “Nice to Know” facts and details about the selected
property of the home and grounds. The Information Menu provides the
descriptions, explanations, definitions, images and references of the
selected menu item. The Information
Page Menu provides information about the subject at a more detailed level. ·
Photo
Galleries offer “Photo Slide Shows” or “Photo
Reviews” (collections of photos) as references to the item they represent. Photo
Galleries provide visual tours and present themes
that project the character of the home. You will
also see photos shown on individual pages.
Individual
photos provide the added benefit of a visual aspect of the subjects they

Procedures pages
list the “step-by-step” instructions to efficiently accomplish tasks to
manage and control the operation of “Home Systems” that provide function to
the home. Procedures
provide important step-by-step instructions on how to operate, maintain and
service the selected systems. · Systems pages organize the parts of related components of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Communication, and other related systems into easy to access information about The Systems. contain text, graphics (Photos), and “links” (URLs) to other pages. ·
Each page
was published with Microsoft Word and saved as in “HTM” by selecting “Save
As” Web Page. ·
To edit a
page: o Use the “Page File Information” at the
bottom of each page to locate the “HTM” file in the directory. o Use the “Page File Information” at the end
of each Page for the file name and directory path o Find the HTM File in your File and Folder
List o “Right Click Select” the HTM file and select
“Open With” from the “Fly-up” menu and chose “MS Word” or anther “HTM Editor”
to open the file for editing. o In “MS Word” simply make your edits and
“Save As” Web Page. o To add a page, select “Add age” from the
“119MRD_WS” directory in the file list and “Save As” Web Page with your new
content and a new title and new file name. o Add a link to the new page by editing pages
that you want to have links to the new page. o To make or edit a Link use the “link” or
edit “Hyperlink Selection” from a “Right Select fly-up menu” and use
“Bookmarks” to set linked locations within pages. o To activate your edits, save the page in
