Location One: An
additional Sewer Drain Access point is located in the upper left side of the
closet of the ground level bedroom. Location Two: An additional Sewer
Drain Access point is located in the upper left back corner of the Work Bay
under the Waterproof Deck. |
2. Notes / Overview / Description:
|
Location One of the
Sewer Access Point is intended for use in a possible future expansion over
the existing garage. Location Two of the
Sewer Access Point is intended for use in the planned addition of water and
sewer into the Work Bay under the Deck. These two
additional sewer access points were installed during the 2010 rebuild of the
home. Note the
installation of Two Inch (2 In) below grade rated foam insulation positioned
down to the foundation’s footing and One Inch of above ground foam insulation
with taped joints raping the entire exterior of the home before the
installation of the vinal siding. |

This next view is of the additional Sewer System in
the back of the closet in the lower-level East Room. This access was installed for possible expansion
over the garage. Note that the PVC fittings of the access point are not glued.

the back of the covered bay under the deck. This photo was taken during construction of the
waterproof deck and the work Bay Unit below. This access was installed for possible addition of water
utilities to the Work Bay Unit. Note that the PVC fittings of the access point are not glued. |
