Maine Central Vacuum System Hosted By: mapleridgelive.com Introduction Central Vacuum System
The
system is a Beam Serenity Plus (Model 000326). See
Reference / Links for the Beam Inc. Website. See The High Dusting Attachment The Central Vacuum System
was installed in 2010 with the major remodeling of the home. The Powered Vacuum Unit is
installed in the Garage to minimize the sound of its motor in the home. The Unit expels its discharge affluent through
an outdoor vent on the South side of the Garage. The Unit is accessed and
started remotely for cleaning from each of the six (6) access ports
throughout the home. There is an access port on the unite for use in the
garage by starting The Unit with the manual “On – Off” switch on the unit. There is an inspection
viewing portal in the dust collection bin at the base of the Vacuum
Unit. The collection bin is emptied by
hand twisting the collector bin off the unit. There are long vacuum hoses,
and attachments kept in the closets of the Southeast Rooms on both levels of
the home. To operate the system simply
insert the end of the vacuum hose into a port and turn it until the unit
starts. There may be an “On – Off”
switch on the handle of the vacuum hose. Notes: 1. You
can only operate one vacuum hose at a time. 2. The
Electric Power to the unit is from Circuit Breaker #3 on Master Panel #2 in
the Garage next to the Vacuum Unit. 3.
