Maine Parking Hosted by: MapleRidgeLive.com Parking The home has an attached, heated two car garage. There are two (2) remote garage door
openers available for access to the garage. There are four (4) parking spaces on the
paved surface in front of the garage with an additional paved surface beside
the small shed. There are six spaces along the East edge of the road as it approaches
the wet land at the end of the road, (2 of these spaces are shared with Lot
#97). More cars can be parked on the
grass between the home and the RV Pad if the area is cleared of snow. A second row of cars can be parked
on the pavement in front of the garages but would limit access to the in the
front row. The paved surface in
front of the garage is not intended to be “a-turn-around” for random
traffic. There is signage at the
beginning of the road that states it is a private road for Association
Members only and that the road is a “dead end” without a
“a-turn-around”.
The Paved Parking Area is illuminated by
a “Flood Light” above the area on the roof peek of the attached garage and by
a Lamp Post at the Southeast corner of the lot. The Flood and Lamp Post
Lights are operated by labeled switches inside the garage just beyond the
access door to the garage from the ground level East Room. The Flood Light, the Lamp Post and, the Covered Access Light and the Small Shed Light are
on Breaker #30 on The Main Electric Panel Number Two (2). Paved Parking area will accommodate four
(4) cars across two (2) rows deep for a total of eight (8) cars.
Note the attached shed at the left of
the garage and Flood Lamp at the peak of the garage. The Lamp Post is seen just inside the left
edge of this view. The stairway along side of the small shed leads up the South
Side Entryway to the Kitchen. The Maple Ridge Island Association
provides snow plowing to the end of the road at the bottom of the hill. Additional private plowing can be arranged
