1.     Location:

The Small Shed is a “Post-and-Beem, Lean-To” addition attached to the Southeast corner of the garage.

2.     Notes / Overview / Description:

The small Shed was initially constructed as an open-air “Woodshed” (see photos) before the major rebuilding in 2010.  Three (3) tapered frost resistant concrete posts were set 4 Ft deep in the ground.  Three (3) Pressure Treated (PT) 6 X 6 posts stood up the far elevation on the low side with a 6 X 6 PT horizontal beam to support the 2 X 6 rafters attached “sister-to-sister” to the existing garage rafters extending the roofline. An Insulated concrete floor with a floor drain was poured and finished to a non-skid surface. And a side entryway door was opened to the shed from the garage.

After the 2010 expansive rebuilding of the home the side of the shed was closed with added matching siding, front double doors, and white trim to go with the decor of the newly remodeled home. Lighting was added from the 15 Amp Breaker #30 on Main Electric Panel #2. An Electric outlet was added powered by the 20 Amp Breaker #15 on Main Electric Panel #1.
